1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Jakilio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Jakilio is an AI-powered smart shopping assistant that helps users find and compare products across multiple retailers. Jakilio does not sell products directly. All purchases are made through third-party retailers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Jakilio. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Jakilio offers:

• Free plan — 5 searches per day, 5 results per search, core features
• Pro plan — unlimited searches, 10 results per search, voice/photo/barcode search, and price alerts
• 7-day free trial — new users receive a 7-day Pro trial on their first device. The trial is tied to the device and cannot be reset by deleting and recreating an account.

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and managed by RevenueCat. Prices are subject to change with notice.

5. Fair Use

Each user is entitled to one account. Jakilio uses an anonymous device identifier to enforce fair usage limits. Attempting to circumvent these limits — including repeatedly deleting and recreating accounts — is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

Jakilio participates in affiliate programs including Amazon Associates. When you click "View Deal" and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the product rankings or prices displayed in the app.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology in Jakilio is owned by Pindajama Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Jakilio provides product information on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of prices, availability, or product descriptions displayed in the app. Always verify details with the retailer before purchasing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pindajama Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Jakilio or any transactions with third-party retailers.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

En téléchargeant ou en utilisant Jakilio, vous acceptez d'être lié par ces Conditions d'utilisation. Si vous n'acceptez pas, veuillez ne pas utiliser l'application.

2. Description du service

Jakilio est un assistant d'achat intelligent alimenté par l'IA qui aide les utilisateurs à trouver et comparer des produits chez plusieurs détaillants. Jakilio ne vend pas de produits directement. Tous les achats sont effectués auprès de détaillants tiers.

3. Éligibilité

Vous devez avoir au moins 13 ans pour utiliser Jakilio.

4. Forfaits gratuit et Pro

• Forfait gratuit — 5 recherches par jour, 5 résultats par recherche, fonctionnalités de base
• Forfait Pro — recherches illimitées, 10 résultats, recherche vocale/photo/code-barres, alertes de prix
• Essai gratuit de 7 jours — les nouveaux utilisateurs reçoivent un essai Pro de 7 jours sur leur premier appareil. L'essai est lié à l'appareil et ne peut pas être réinitialisé en supprimant et recréant un compte.

Les abonnements sont facturés via l'App Store et gérés par RevenueCat.

5. Utilisation équitable

Chaque utilisateur a droit à un seul compte. Jakilio utilise un identifiant d'appareil anonyme pour appliquer les limites d'utilisation équitables. Tenter de contourner ces limites est interdit et peut entraîner la suspension du compte.

6. Divulgation des affiliés

Jakilio participe à des programmes d'affiliation, dont Amazon Associates. Lorsque vous cliquez sur « Voir l'offre » et effectuez un achat, nous pouvons percevoir une commission sans coût supplémentaire pour vous.

7. Propriété intellectuelle

Tout le contenu, la marque et la technologie de Jakilio appartiennent à Pindajama Inc. Vous ne pouvez pas copier, modifier ou distribuer toute partie de l'application sans autorisation écrite.

8. Exclusion de garanties

Jakilio fournit les informations sur les produits « telles quelles ». Nous ne garantissons pas l'exactitude des prix, la disponibilité ou les descriptions affichés dans l'application.

9. Limitation de responsabilité

Dans toute la mesure permise par la loi, Pindajama Inc. ne sera pas responsable des dommages indirects, accessoires ou consécutifs découlant de votre utilisation de Jakilio.

10. Résiliation

Nous nous réservons le droit de suspendre ou de résilier les comptes qui violent ces Conditions. Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment depuis l'application.

11. Modifications des conditions

Nous pouvons mettre à jour ces Conditions de temps à autre. L'utilisation continue de l'application après les modifications constitue une acceptation des nouvelles Conditions.

12. Droit applicable

Ces Conditions sont régies par les lois de la Province de Québec, Canada.
