How do I create an account?
Enter your email address on the login screen and tap Continue. You'll receive a 6-digit verification code by email. Enter the code to access your account — no password needed.
I didn't receive my verification code
Check your spam or junk folder. The code expires after 10 minutes. If you still don't receive it, tap "Resend code" after the countdown timer ends.
How many searches can I do per day?
Free accounts include 5 searches per day. Upgrade to Pro for 999 searches per day.
What is the Smart Buy Score?
The Smart Buy Score is our unique ranking system that evaluates products to help you find the best overall value — not just the lowest price.
Which retailers does Jakilio search?
Jakilio searches across major retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy and more in a single search.
How do I save a product to my Watchlist?
Tap the heart icon (♡) on any product in the search results to save it to your Watchlist.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the app: Profile → Delete Account. Alternatively, send an email to support@jakilio.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
Is Jakilio available outside Canada and the US?
Currently Jakilio is available in Canada and the United States. We plan to expand to other regions in the future.
